LaneLineup
Fill every lane before league night.
Open bowls, birthday holds, and recurring league blocks on one alley board, conflicts show up before the desk has to apologize.
The pile-up
Friday at 6:40, three phones, one whiteboard, zero truth.
League vs. birthday
Thursday Mixed always owns lanes 2-4. Someone still pens a party on lane 3 because the whiteboard was wiped for cosmic specials.
Walk-ins eat the hold
A deposit party arrives to find their lanes filled with open bowl. You refund, shuffle shoes, and burn the night.
No shared board
Front desk texts the manager. Manager texts the bartender. Nobody sees the same version of “what’s open after 9.”
How it works
Three moves that keep the approach clear.
- 01
Lock league nights
Recurring blocks sit on the board so open bowl can’t steal them. Change a night once- every week updates.
- 02
Hold parties with a deposit
Birthday and corporate holds mark the lanes they need. Empty holds show before you give the table away.
- 03
Fill the gaps with open bowl
What’s left is honest inventory. Desk books walk-ins into real open slots, not wishful thinking.
