Features
Everything LaneLineup does
LaneLineup puts a bowling center’s lane bookings and leagues on one board, so the desk never double-books a lane. Here is everything it does today.
Bookings
- Lane bookings
- Party name, lane, bowlers, start and end time, and notes for bumpers or cake.
- Hold, then confirm
- Bookings move from open to held to confirmed with one tap, or get cancelled and stay on record.
- End times checked
- A booking’s end time must be after its start, so overlaps are easier to spot.
Leagues and customers
- Leagues
- Each league’s night, lanes and team count, moving from forming to active to ended.
- Booking page
- Each party gets a private page with their lane, time, bowlers and whether it’s confirmed.
- Email the link
- Send the party their booking page from your center’s name. Replies come to you.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
A closer look
- Lane booking software for independent bowling centers
Take lane bookings with a hold-then-confirm step, start and end times, and league nights on the same board, so the desk doesn’t double-book.
- A booking page every party can check
Send each bowling party a private page with their lane, time and bowlers, showing whether the booking is held or confirmed.
