Terms of service

These terms apply when you use LaneLineup, a product of Fresh Front Sites (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use LaneLineup for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

• Keep the email you sign in with secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the team members you add do.
• Give accurate business details: customers see them on the pages you share.

You own the records you put into LaneLineup. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the app for you. You can export your records as CSV at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to store your customers’ information and to contact them. Emails sent from the app must relate to your dealings with that customer; do not use the app for marketing or bulk email.

• Do not use the app for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not try to access other accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the app to send spam or to store information you have no right to keep.

Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. We will tell you before we charge you anything, and give you notice before any price change. You can stop using the app at any time.

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, and we improve it over time, which means features may change. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using LaneLineup and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. Before we close an account for any reason other than misuse, we will give you a chance to export your data.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell account holders by email about significant changes before they take effect.
